Event Registration Overview

Our Event Registration software is designed to assist staff, families, and community members in registering for K-12 school-related events and professional development courses. The school calendar tool in Event Registration integrates directly with the district and school calendars, providing for entry into only one system. The seamless integration with the content management system (CMS) website’s email blasts enhances important event related communication. 
Families, students, staff, and residents can:
select events from a detailed listing of upcoming events / courses; schedule parent-teacher conferences; sign up for volunteering at their convenience.

The main screen is where you can add new registrations or search / edit existing Event Registrations:

Creation of Event: Can either link to current event in ESV system or create a brand new one.

Once created – user can use any of the question templates we offer OR create their own custom template. They can also get a list of the registrants (who is approved, who is not) – and send email communications to them via the communication tab. Attendance and other reports as well.
