Master Staff

Master Staff is an Administration Option that is used to add, edit or delete staff members from your staff directory. This option is for those who oversee the website and it enables them to update staff information for anyone in the entire district:

When you click into Master Staff you will see options to search your staff, if you leave all the fields blank and click the green Search button you will see all staff members. To the right of the search fields there are options to Add a Staff Member, Import staff, Edit Entire Staff and Upload Staff Photos:

Add Staff Member

To add a staff member simply click on the Add Staff Member button under Options. The only fields that are required are the First Name, Last Name, Title, Email Address and at least one Department Assignment:

Bulk Import Staff:

To Import all your staff at one time you will need to request a Bulk Import Template for Staff. This is done by clicking into Bulk Import Staff and clicking on the green button Request Staff Import Template from eSchoolView. The only columns that are required in the template are First Name, Last Name, Title, Email Address and Department Keys (these may be comma delimited).

Edit Entire Staff:

To edit multiple staff members details at one time you can use the Edit Entire Staff option. This will display all staff member's information and let you edit their details from one screen. Be sure to click Update All Staff Members at the bottom to save your changes:

Intranet Login Report:

By clicking on the Intranet Login Report button you can retrieve your staff's Intranet credentials. These credentials are used when your organization takes advantage of a staff Intranet and allows your staff to log in. In addition, you can edit their Login IDs or Passcodes - you must click Update in order to save any changes. You can notify your users of their credentials by either clicking the Quick Notify button to the right of each staff member or by clicking the Click Here link which will notify everyone:

Upload Staff Photos:

You can upload staff images quickly using the Upload Staff Photos option. This button presents a Choose File button for each of your staff listing so you can select a photo for each staff member. Do not forget to click the Update All Staff images button at the bottom of all your staff once you have selected your images.
